Where It All Began
Back in 2010, Pizza luce started as a crazy dream in a tiny kitchen! Our founder, a pizza-obsessed foodie, was determined to bring authentic wood-fired magic to United States. Armed with nothing but passion, a rickety oven, and way too much flour, we embarked on this delicious adventure.
What started as weekend farmers market stalls quickly grew into something special. People couldn't get enough of our crispy-yet-chewy crusts, bubbling cheese, and that unmistakable smoky flavor that only comes from real wood-fired ovens.
Today, we're still that same passionate team, just with better equipment and way more pizza experience under our belts!

2010 - The Crazy Dream
Started experimenting with wood-fired pizza in a backyard oven. Neighbors thought we were nuts, but they kept coming back for more!
2012 - Farmers Market Fame
Took our mobile wood-fired oven to local farmers markets. Lines started forming before we even lit the fire!
2015 - First Real Location
Opened our cozy little spot on Don-de-Dieu Street. Finally had enough space to perfect our craft and welcome pizza lovers!
2020 - Pandemic Pivot
When the world went crazy, we got creative! Launched delivery, DIY pizza kits, and virtual pizza-making classes to stay connected.
